I am thinking of setting up online business, but I am planning to work with 2 more friends. I was thinking register as self employed with HMRC, but there are 3 of us doing this together, is there a co-register or co-found for self employed so we don’t have to pay tax separately?

Start my own home business without having to sign up with another person, is there any way to start up on my own

I am really just designing and making clothes to sell online, and in local shops, to help with college tuition. If I am not even going to be doing this on a regular basis, do I really need the seller’s permit, business license, registration, etc?
